Easy file handeling (upgrade 2)

I made an easy file handeler in Game maker

latest upgrade gives an upgrade with a glitch in code.
also = is replaced so people aint gonna find it in the encrypted file.

it follows with the .GML and an Example .GMK

All i can think of; give credit if used and comment/suggest

well. lets say a guy that wants to encrypt their "save files/playerfiles" so noone could cheat or edit them.
it also allows total newbs to use it without to much problem

How effective is it?

Well i dont think keyboars have letters like:
¢¶¿÷й»°ð±œ¾¦æƼ×

well some strange keyboards have those but a very few^^

Edit: also numbers have encryption so its hard to edit the scores
